During the booking and over the course of the session, we collect personal information including: contract and electronic signature information, payment and transaction records, and photographic images created during your session. Payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processors through our CRM platform. We do not store full credit card numbers on our own servers.

The information we automatically collect helps us to improve our Website and deliver a better service.

Client galleries are delivered through CloudSpot. Galleries are accessible via private links and may be password protected upon request. Clients are responsible for sharing gallery links at their discretion. While we take reasonable measures to protect client images, any gallery link shared by the client may be accessed by individuals who receive the link (unless specifically requested by the client).

The categories of consumer data we have collected within the past 12 months includes: identifiers such as name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and IP address; customer records information including billing details, transaction history, and contract records; commercial information such as services purchased, session history, and product orders (including albums, prints, and wall art); internet or other electronic network activity information including website browsing behavior, pages visited, referral sources, and device or browser information; and audio/visual information, including photographic images created during photography sessions.

The technologies we use for automatic data collection may include: Honeybook, Cloudspot, Flodesk, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Showit, Wordpress, and Squarespace. We use certain technologies and third-party service providers to help operate our Website and Services, including Showit (website hosting), HoneyBook (client management and payments), CloudSpot (gallery delivery), and Flodesk (email communications). These providers may collect limited technical information on our behalf when you interact with our Website or Services.
